Titusville Housing Authority is a municipal authority that was created to administer and develop safe, affordable housing for low income families in the City of Titusville. THA provides rental assistance to over 100 qualified families through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
Voucher holders select a unit from the private rental market. Rental assistance from THA makes the housing affordable. Program participants normally pay no more than 30% of monthly adjusted income towards rent and utilities.
The housing unit is inspected by THA to be sure it meets the standards set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for decent, safe, and sanitary housing.
Applications for this program are available at the THA office, located in the Central Towers building, 217 East Central Avenue, Titusville, PA. Applications are also available right here on this website. Click here to open.
A residency preference is given to applicants who at the time of their application reside in one of the following Pennsylvania counties: Crawford, Erie, Venango, Warren, Mercer or Forest. Applicants from other locations are placed on the waiting list by date and time of application below those with a residency preference.
